To provide perianesthesia nurses working in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and offices with education related to clinical issues and work environment concerns.
Target Audience:
Ambulatory, perianesthesia and procedural nurses.
Additional Information:
We have rooms reserved in the Indian Peaks Lodge at Snow Mountain Ranch - YMCA of the Rockies. They are double rooms with 2 queen beds in each, and private bath. Registration and room check-in will be in the lobby of the Indian Peaks Lodge.
There are no TVs in the guest rooms. Bring a flashlight for after dark. There is an indoor pool available. The YMCA requests that we respect quiet hours from 2300 - 0700.
The weather can be variable, warm during the day and cool at night. Bring clothes for changing conditions, as well as good walking shoes.
You may eat in the cafeteria for lunch on Sunday, or a box lunch is available to take with you on Sunday for those who reserve it 2 weeks ahead of time.
We will be collecting hats, socks, mittens, gloves, and scarves to be donated to Battered Women's Shelters throughout the Component.
